Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Kale, 4 cup, chopped
    Chicken Thigh, 4 unit - diced
    Red Onion, 120 gram - Diced
    Garlic, 2 clove - crushed
    Lemons, 1 - zest and juice
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp

Directions

heat oil in pan and fry diced onion,add diced chicken and crushed garlic.
Add chilli and lemon zest and juice.
add chopped kale and cook and till tender


Serving Size: makes 5 180gram servings
