Greco-Romano Shrimp and Pasta

Introduction

A delicious greek/italian dish, quick and easy to prepare and infinitely satisfying! A delicious greek/italian dish, quick and easy to prepare and infinitely satisfying!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Shrimp - 8 oz., cooked
    Onions - 1 cup, sliced
    Garlic - 2 tsp minced
    Scallions- 2 tbsp. chopped
    Broccoli - 1 cup, chopped
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti-2 cups, broken and cooked
    Blue Bonnet Light Margarine - 3 tbsp.
    Parmesan Cheese - 2 tbsp, grated
    Cavender's greek seasoning to taste

Directions

Cook and drain pasta, set aside.

In a large skillet, place margarine, onions, scallions, broccoli and garlic. Sprinkle greek seasoning. Saute until onions are translucent. Quickly add shrimp, cooking until heated through. Add drained pasta to the skillet. Stir, add additional greek seasoning as desired. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and lightly toss. Serve with fruit or salad.
