Wholegrain Banana Nut Pancakes 2

Ingredients

    Quaker Oats oatmeal, 1.5 cup
    Golden Temple Durum Atta Flour,2 cups
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt,1/2 cup
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
    Coconut Milk, Trader Joe's unsweetened, 1 cup
    Banana, 1 mashed
    Walnuts, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Splenda, 4 tsp

Tips

Spray griddle after each pancake.


Directions

Grind oats to a powder. Mix dry ingredients together. Blend wet ingredients and add to dry, mixing gently.Add nuts and stir to combine. Heat a nonstick griddle. Spray with cooking spray and add 1/2 cup of mixture for each pancake. Spread mixture with back of spoon. Cook until edges are browned and bubble appear, Flip and continue to cook until browned on this side also.
