1/4c Onion, sliced thinnly
1 1/2c Frozen pepper slices (approx 7 oz)
2 Chicken breasts, sliced
1 Fajita seasoning packet
8 Tortillas (not included in nutritional info)
In a seperate pan, cook the sliced chicken thouroughly.
Add 1/4c of water and seasoning packet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes.
Add pepper and onions. Mix until everything is coated.
Place 1/2c mixture in a warmed tortilla and serve.
Mades 8 1/2c servings.
