Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup diced tomato
    1 cup chopped zucchini
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1-1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb blend
    1 tsp. garlic
    1-1/2 cup Prego Heart Smart traditional sauce

Directions

saute vegetables and mushrooms in soy sauce. Blend in seasonings. Add Prego sauce, heat through.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
