CHOCOLATE CHIP NUT ICE CREAM

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup non-fat dry milk pwd
    1/4 cup non-dairy creamer
    1 1/3 cup cold water
    1/4 cup Homemade Splenda Chocolate Syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    6 Tablespoon chopped walnuts
    6 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Directions

Large bowl combine dry milk pwd, dry creamer, and water. Stir in Splenda, choc syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into chilled canister of ice cream maker. Process according to directions. When it is at soft-serve stage, ad walnuts & chips & process 1 min. longer. Serve at once or spoon into container & freeze for up to 8 hours

Serving Size: makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
