Cinnamon Chicken Balsamic Vern

Introduction

Low carb slow cooker meal. Low carb slow cooker meal.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 chicken breasts, no skin
    Sliced red onions
    Olive oil
    1tbsp Cinnamon
    1tbsp 5 Spice Powder
    1 tin Canned Chopped Tomato
    3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    Splash of low sodium Soy
    Soy sauce to taste.

Tips

Adjust seasonings to taste.


Directions

Spray olive oil on bottom of Slow Cooker. Add sliced Onions, the chicken breasts. Add Cinnamon, 5 spice powder, pepper to taste. Add canned Tomato and Balsamic Vinegar. soy to taste. Cook for 3 hours and enjoy.
