Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1/4 cup coconut manna
    1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    6 Tablespoons cacao/cocoa powder
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup protein powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 scoop chia seeds
    2-4 Tablespoons water

Directions

Mix butter, manna, sugar and honey in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until fluffy and soft. Add cocoa, flour, protein powder, baking soda and salt. Stir until thick and well formed. Add water to smooth the consistency a little. Mixture will be somewhat thick. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with fingers to shape into a cookie. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Makes about 18-20 cookies.
