Ingredients

    Vanilla Rice Milk (Whole Foods 365 brand)
    Hemp Protein Powder (Manitoba Harvest brand-50)
    Frozen Raspberries
    Frozen Strawberries
    Frozen Banana

Tips

Throw in some ice cubes if you like. Feel free to adjust the fruit, the liquid, the powder to your taste. This is just a beginner recipe while I start out on Hemp Protein powder.


Directions

Throw it all in your blender and blend very, very well so you don't end up with any of the grainy texture Hemp Protein has.
