Mashed Patats

Ingredients

    3 medium Potatoes
    1/4 cup of milk
    1 tbsp of Becel margarine

Directions

Boil potatoes until soft
Drain Water
Add milk and becel
Mash with a masher
Whip with a food mixer ( if desired)
Makes 2 servings ( just cut whole thing in half)
