  • Quick & Easy. Omitted peppers. Increased Rosemary to 2 tsp., lemon juice to 1 Tbsp., and added 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Everyone loved! (Like NaHa's) - 11/7/12

  • I like this, but I agree with a previous reviewer that said a tsp of lemon juice isn't enough to marinate. It was more like a dry rub. - 11/12/11

  • Modified the recipe as not a fan of salmon. Used Mahi Mahi. Added 6 oz. chopped mushrooms, some scallions and omitted the rosemary. Put the fish in individual foil parcels and spooned the red pepper mixture over the 3 parcels. Baked in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Great! - 10/26/11

  • OK but not great. Recipe needs adjusting. How can you marinate anything in only 1 tsp. of liquid (lemon juice)? I ended up needing more like 1/4 C. or more of lemon juice. I also added onions and cilantro. Will look for some better salmon recipes before I'd make this one again. Not awful tho. - 2/15/10
