Salisbury Steaks with gravy

Ingredients

    Patties:

    1 pound 99% fat free ground chicken
    1 pound 96% lean ground beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste

    Sauce:

    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup green giant sliced mushrooms
    3/4 cup diced onion


Directions

Mix ingredients for patties well. Form patties and place in 9x13 baking dish.

Mix ingredients for sauce and pour over the top of the patties. Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes.
