    1 450g can of California Garden's Peeled Fava Beans "Secret Recipe"
    1 yellow onion, diced
    2 hot peppers, diced
    1 sweet bell pepper, diced
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    2 tbsp olive oil


Tips

Quick and easy for single girls to whip up a nutritious supper on a weeknight.


Directions

Sweat the veggies in the olive oil. When the onions start to look a bit transparent, add the beans. Warm through. Serve with plain yogurt, a chopped tomato, or a boiled egg -- or all three.
