Mexican Chicken bake

Ingredients

1/2 cup cooked whole wheat macaroni
1 tbsp. low fat sour cream
1 tbsp. cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. salsa
dash milk
dash tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup canned corn
2 1/2 ounces chicken breast
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
In a bowl, combine sour cream, soup, salsa, milk, tabasc, and chili powder. In another bowl, combine pasta and corn. Pour sauce on top. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Dip in lime juice, then sprinkle with second amount of chili powder. Pan-fry in water until cooked through. Add to pasta mix. Pour all into a single-serving casserole dish. Add shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
