Dirtbob's Honey Vanilla Granola

Introduction

A simple recipe for granola that we use to mix into our yogurt, or to just munch on. A simple recipe for granola that we use to mix into our yogurt, or to just munch on.

Ingredients



    Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 2 cup
    Honey, .25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened, 4 tbsp
    Pecans, 56 grams
    Olive Oil, .25 cup

Tips

I mix well less than 1/4 cup in 6oz of granola as a snack or added to breakfast.


Directions

Mix wet ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients together, then mix together with wet. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12-1/4 cup servings.
