Ingredients

    Greek yoghurt, plain, 0 fat 1 1/2 cups
    Mango, frozen, partly thawed 1 1/2 cups
    Cold water 1 1/2 cups
    Sweetzfree 12 drops

Tips

You can use fresh mango, but then some of the water should be ice.


Directions

Put everything in the blender and process until smooth.
