Honeyed Shrimp with Pepper Jelly Dipping Sauce

    1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon water
    teaspoon salt
    teaspoon pepper
    cup red pepper jelly
    1 teaspoons whole grain mustard
    1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Tips

Serve with Rustic Red Potato Mash


Directions

Combine shrimp, honey, water, salt and pepper
in a large bowl; toss to coat. Heat a large skillet
over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 2 to
4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Whisk
together pepper jelly, mustard and vinegar in a
small bowl. Serve sauce with shrimp for
dipping.
