Number of Servings: 16


    1 1/4 cups hot tap water
    1 egg (beaten)
    1/3 cup softened unsalted butter
    2Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    4 cups Bread flour
    1 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp yeast


Use a Bread Machine on Dough setting.

When complete, dust counter with flour, and place dough on counter. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then roll out to approximately 3/4 inch think.

Use a glass to cut out rounds and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes to an hour.

Bake at 350 degrees until golden.

Serving Size: 12 to 14 Rolls
