Ingredients

    1 cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
    3/4 cup Corn Starch
    1/4 cup Chicken Bouillon granules
    1 tsp ground Thyme
    1 Tbsp Garlic powder
    2 Tbsp dried Parsley
    1 tsp Celery seed
    1 Tbsp dried Basil

Tips

To make cream of mushroom, broccoli, celery, or whatever, saute a 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the desired vegetable with 1 tsp olive oil or butter and a little water before adding the mix and water slurry to the pan.


Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a jar and shake together. This can be stored in the pantry for months.

To make soup, take 1/3 cup of the mix and combine with 1 1/4 cup of cold water to make a slurry. Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened to the consistency of canned cream of chicken soup.

Serving Size: Makes the equivalent of 7 cans of cream of chicken soup
