Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 18 oz (remove)
    *Turkey, Thigh, Ground, 24 oz (remove)
    *Extra Lean Ground Pork, 62 oz (remove)
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 10 tsp (remove)

Tips

Do not overcook! When 160*F, they are done.


Directions

Mix all ingredients, form into large palm-sized balls. Bake at 350 for 60 min. or until 160*F is reached.
