Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

    3/4 cup 1% milk
    115g or 1/2 cup puréed avocado
    3Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 tsp chopped onion
    1/2 tsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    3/4 tsp black pepper
    3/4 tsp kosher salt

Tips

Use fresh herbs if you have on hand & adjust herbs to own taste preferences add some others you might like too. If vinegar taste is too strong...reduce amount to your liking also.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or use hand blender till thoroughly combined & liquified.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings- 2 tbsp each serving
