Ingredients

    2 small eggs, beaten
    1 extra small banana, mashed
    1 T chopped walnuts

Tips

Serve with sugar-free syrup for a low cal, satisfying breakfast!


Directions

Mix banana and egg together. BATTER WILL BE THIN! Pour 1/2 onto preheated, sprayed griddle, sprinkle with 1/2 the nuts and cook until browned; flip over to brown on other side. Remove to plate. Repeat with remainder of ingredients.
