Ingredients

    Granny smith apple - 3/4 med. apple
    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 , cut sticked
    Celery, raw, 1/4 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, 1/4 tsp chopped or prepared dried minced onions
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked
    *Mrs Dash, Table Blend, 1/8 tsp
    *Mrs. Dash Caribbean Citrus Seasoning 1/8 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/8 tsp
    Imperial, Margarine, 1 tsp
    Water, 2 tbsp

Tips

Adjust according to your microwave.
Use the measurements in ingredients list.
Adjust seasoning according to your taste; had heat!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in microwave safe bowl. I sprinkled the brown sugar evenly over the other ingredients and dabbed the margarine on top. Cover with plastic wrap, slot plastic to release steam, or use a microwave dish cover. Microwave for 14 minutes using power 2 for al dente; cook longer or power up to soften more.

Ready to eat.
