Citrus Chicken with Rice

Ingredients

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 3/4 cups reduced fat chicken broth
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
    3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1. Cook chicken in medium nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 10 minutes. Set chicken aside

2. Add the broth, orange juice, onions and rice. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes.

3. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chicken and rice are cooked. Stir in parsley

    I found this in an ad for Swanson's Chicken Broth and I was hoping someone had put it on Spark People so I can get a point for making it. Delicious.
