Ingredients

    1/4 c. (1 serving) Trader Joe's Dried Cranberries
1 serving (1/2 bag) freeze dried Banana Slices (or strawberry slices)
2 ounces almonds (I like sliced because each package gets some)
    2 ounces salted sunflower seeds
2 servings chatfield's Carob chips (4 Tbsp total)
2 servings Shredded Wheat 'n Bran Cereal (2.5 c. total)
    2 oz. Deluxe Mixed Nuts
2 servings (2 c. total) Bear Naked Fit Autumn Blend Cereal
    1/2 c. TJ golden raisins
    1 T cinnamon powder

Tips

Nice snack to include in your daily plan. At 130 calories of great nutrition, you can't get a healthier bag of goodness. About 4 anti-angiogenic foods in the mix, 5 if you use TJ freeze dried Strawberry chips instead of banana chips.

Also, cacao nibs can be substituted for carob chips.

Directions

Mix all together and periodically as you pack up into snack size ziploc bags. I grab a handful, place in ziploc shack bag and place on digital scale and make slight adjustments at that time. I usually get 18, one ounce servings.

Serving Size: About 1 ounce per serving
