Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    500 Grams Cubed Beef
    1 tin Crushed Tomatoes
    1 Onion, finely chopped
    3 Cups Chopped Butternut
    Herbs to taste
    1tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt and pepper
    Red Wine (optional)

Directions

Brown onion in oil, add cubed beef and brown, add wine or water to scrape up brown bits. Add Butternut and tomatoes. Bring to heat, add herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 hours until meat is tender. Reduce liquid by simmering.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Bowl Servings
