Apple Banana Breakfast Smoothie

    5 almonds ( I didn't have any so I used pecans)
    1 medium apple
    1 medium banana
    1 cup milk choosing nonfat or almond milk keeps it low calorie
    cup Greek yogurt you can choose any flavor you like
    teaspoon cinnamon
