Unite Fitness Protein Pancakes

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/4 cup quick cooking oats
    1 large egg
    1 egg white
    1 packet of Truvia
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 Tb ground flax seed
    1 Tb unsweetened almond milk

    *i put the serving size as each individual pancake so it's easy to count

Tips

they are thin and cook quickly.


Directions

mix all ingredients in a blender and pour.

*top with yogurt and fruit; or honey or nut butter.
