Ingredients

    1 Mango
    1 c. fresh pineapple
    1 c chopped tomatoe
    1/2 red onion
    1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
    1 tab garlic
    1/4 t salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    pepper to taste

Directions

Chop all of the fresh fruits and veggies. Add all ingredients and serve. Good on fish, tortillas, chicken or whatever.
