Ingredients

    2 medium bananas
    3 Large Strawberries
    A handful of grapes
    A few Black berries
    1Mango
    2 Tbls of Natural Peanut Butter
    2 TBLS of Plain Yogurt
    2 Scoops of Protein Powder
    1 Tsp of Natural Raw Honey
    1 Cup of Soy or Almond Milk

Directions

Blend all and add some ice

Serving Size: 1 cup equals one serving
