Nanny's New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients

    51 oz. restaurant style chopped clams and juice
    6 oz. diced Canadian bacon
    2 cups diced onions
    1 quart fat-free half and half
    2 cups frozen diced potatoes
    1 Tbl thyme leaves
    4 oz. shrimp
    16 oz package imitation lobster meat

Directions

In a large stock pan cook diced Canadian bacon and onions until onions are translucent. Add frozen potatoes, thyme, shrimp, flaked imitation lobster meat and simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add the fat-free half and half; heat through being careful to not bring to a boil.
