Theresa's Turkey Meatloaf 1

Healthy turkey meatloaf, non spicy Healthy turkey meatloaf, non spicyNumber of Servings: 4
Ingredients

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup progresso Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
3 egg whites
Seasonings to taste:
salt
garlic powder
poultry seasoning
Directions
Set 1/3 cup ketchup aside.
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl until just blended.
Spread into loaf pan sprayed with olive oil (I use a "misto") or pam.
Spread remaining ketchup in thin layer over top of meatloaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
