Introduction

Beet salad with cantaloupe and strawberries, on spinach bed and balsamic vinaigrette Beet salad with cantaloupe and strawberries, on spinach bed and balsamic vinaigrette
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Beets
    300 gr Cantaloupe
    3 Extra large Strawberries
    10 Large Spinach leaves
    2 tbsn Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Cook beets. Cool in cold water and diced.
Dice strawberries and cantaloupe. Chop the spinach. Mix together. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar over.

Chill or serve immediately.
