Ingredients

    3/4 cup Yogurt, plain, whole milk- organic
    1/2 Avocado
    1/2 medium banana
    2 small oranges
    1 lemon squeezed
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp spirulina powder
    1 tsp ginger powder
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 pinch cayenne
    1 pinch cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend
