HAM Casserole and CORN TOPPING

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup (12 fl. oz. can) Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk
    3 Tablespoons flour
    2 cups (one 16 oz. can) cut green beans, rinsed and drained.
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves (WITH home raised pork)
    1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic (WITH home raised pork)
    1 full cup (6oz) 97% fat free ham
    1/8 teaspoon pepper and salt
    1 cup (one 8 oz. can) cream-style corn
    3/4 cup Red. Fat Baking Mix


Tips

Lightly spraying top of casserole corn bisquick will brown it much better.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8X8 baking dish with spay.
In covered jar, combine milk and flour. Shake well to combine Spray pan and saute onion. Pour milk mixture into pan and cook on med. heat till thickened. Stir in green beans, ham, and pepper. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake 15 min.
In medium bowl, combine cream-style corn and baking mix. Drop corn mixture by spoonfuls and spread over top. Bake another 15-20 minutes and bake till brown on top (SPRAY TOP FOR BETTER BROWNING.)
