Ingredients

    Cabbage, 340 grams (1/4 cabbage)
    *Carrot, 100 gram(s)
    Raisins, golden seedless, 2 tbsp
    Sunflower Seeds, 2 tbsp, hulled
    Apples, fresh, 1 small

    Dressing:
    *Greek yogurt, plain 0% 0.25 cup
    Hellmann's Half Fat mayonnaise, 1/4 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Sweetzfree 2 drops

Directions

Remove outer leaves of cabbage, peel carrot, wash apple. In food processor with shredder disc, shred cabbage and apple on "coarse" and carrot on "fine". Mix everything for the dressing together well. Add raisins, sunflower seeds and dressing, and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes four servings
