Ingredients

    1C SR-Flour
    1lg Banana
    1C Berries frozen
    1Tbs Chia seeds
    1 Egg
    1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
    1/2 C Full cream milk
    16drops/ 1Tbsp liquid sweetner 0cal.

Directions

Add dry ingredients in a bowel,
In a seperate bowel combine mashed banana and berries add egg and stir. Add wet ingredients to dry bowel and add the rest. Stir and combine well. Add to patty cases.
Cook on 180oC for 20mins.

Serving Size: makes 12 muffins only 73calories!
