Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients

    diced carrots, celery and onions (I like green onions) cabbage sliced thinly

    begin sauteing the vegetables with about half a cup of vegetable broth (or no chicken broth). When the broth has evaporated add the 3 tbsp of oil. Let it heat up then add 4 cups of rice.
