Introduction

I make this in place of Healthy Heart Bisquick. I do add 1/3 cup more fat than the other low fat recipes call for. Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    4 cups all purpose flour (unbleached)
    4 cups white whole wheat flour (I grind myself)
    1/4 cup baking powder
    3 Tablespoons Splenda
    1/2 Tablespoon salt
    1 1/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder
    1 cup crisco

Tips

You can use vegetable oil in this recipe-it is recommended that the oil low fat baking mix be stored in refrigerator.


Directions

use in any recipe calling for Heart Healthy Bisquick

Serving Size: makes 40, 1/4 cup servings
