    Celery, cooked, 3 stalks
    Carrots, cooked, 3 carrot
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Garlic, 4 tsp
    Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup
    Peas, frozen, 0.33 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.65 cup
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped
    Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Broth, vegetable, organic, Trader Joe's, 16 oz

Directions

chop up all veggies - sautee onion and garlic then add carrots and celery, when soft add broth and water. then add all the rest.
