    *Stuffing sage and onion (Paxo)85g box makes 10 balls, 100 gram(s)(remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 medium(remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 30 grams(remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash(remove)
    *mixed dry herb, 1 tsp(remove)


    SAUCE

    *Napoli chopped tomatoe tinned, 400 gram(s)(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices(remove)
    Paprika, 1 tsp(remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp(remove)

Tips

Lovely served with rice or jacket potatoe


Directions

make stuffing up as per packet, allow to cool.

mix all ingredients together, roll into small balls

Fry in non stick pan to seal.

Add to sauce of your choice ( tomatoe as per recipe is nice)

Bake in oven for about 45 mins until meat is cooked, shorter time for smaller balls.
