Ingredients

    1 can of Tuna (5 oz)
    1 T. chopped fresh basil
    1/2 stalk of celery, minced
    1 finely chopped scallion - green part only
    2 T fresh lemon juice
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

    Add together and stir.
