Coconut Almond Muesli

Introduction

Cheap and yummy breakfast. I like to cut up a half an apple into mine. It's fun to try different fruits. Cheap and yummy breakfast. I like to cut up a half an apple into mine. It's fun to try different fruits.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup dry coconut
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup almonds (unsalted), sliced or walnuts, chopped
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted and hulled)
    5 tsp brown sugar or to taste
    1/2 cup wheat bran


Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in an air tight bowl or container.
2. Shake until well mixed.
3. Serve immediately with milk or nut milk or store for a couple of weeks in a sealed container stored in a cool dry place.

Serves 8 scant half cup.
