2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup dry coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds (unsalted), sliced or walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted and hulled)
5 tsp brown sugar or to taste
1/2 cup wheat bran
2. Shake until well mixed.
3. Serve immediately with milk or nut milk or store for a couple of weeks in a sealed container stored in a cool dry place.
Serves 8 scant half cup.
