Introduction

Ingredients

    Moong dal soaked for 20 minutes 1 cup
    Spinach chopped 2 cups
    Oats 1 1/2 cup
    Water 2 cups
    Onions chopped 1 cup
    Ginger grated 1 tsp
    Red chilli 1
    Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Salt to taste
    Turmeric 1/4 tsp
    Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    Oil 1 tbsp

Tips

Saok moong dal mininum 20 minutes


Directions

Heat oil add cumin,red chilli fry for a second and add onions,turmeric,ginger, garlic and salt fry for one more minute and add spinach fry one more minute and add moong dal and water to it,bring it to boil.Finally add oats and pepper powder.Cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
