Honey Garlic Chicken

Introduction

So easy and with very few Ingredients! So easy and with very few Ingredients!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 C Honey
    1/2 C Soy Sauce
    1/2 C Ketchup
    2 Packages Chicken Thigh
    Lots of Garlic
    2 Jalapenos
    Mini Bell Peppers (about 12)
    Snap Peas (about 2 C)
    Oragano (4 Sprigs)

Directions

Cut Chicken into large chuncks. Season and place in the Slow Cooker. Cover with Garlic, Oragano and Jalapenos. On the Stove, combine Honey, Ketchup and Soy Sauce. Pour Mixture over Chicken. Set the Slow Cooker on Low and cook fo about 3 Hours. Add Vegetables and cook for another Hour.
Serve over Rice.
Yum.
