Spicy Vegetarian Lasagna 5pts

Ingredients

    1 16 oounce bottle salsa
    1.5 tsp ground cumin
    1 8 ounce can no salt added tomato sause
    PAM cookinig spray
    6 cooked whole wheat lasagna noodles
    1 16 ounce can FF refried beans
    1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 c pre shredded reduced fat 4 cheese mexican blend cheese
    optional reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 450.
Combine first 3 ingredients: spread about 2/3 c sauce in bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish coated with PAM. Arrange 2 noodles over sauce; spread half of refried beans over top. Sprinkle evenly with half of black beans. Top with 1/4 c cheese. Repeat layers once, placing last 2 noodles directly on cheese and topping with remaining 2/3 c sauce. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 c cheese.

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into 6 wedges. Top with optional sour cream.
Makes 6 servings at 4 x 2.5 inch rectangle.
