Paleo Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

    16 oz ground pasture raised pork
    1 T. Virgin Coconut Oil
    1 T. Garlic Powder
    2 T. Smoked Paprika
    1 T. Fennel Seeds
    1 T. Marjoram, dried
    1 T. Sea Salt
    2 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
    2 T. Parsley, dried
    1 tsp. Thyme, ground

Directions

Mix pork thoroughly with all spices and coconut oil. Shape into 8 2-oz. patties. Saute on medium high heat in cast iron skillet for 6 to 8 minutes per side until meat is no longer pink.

Serving Size: Makes 8-2 oz patties
