Chicken Salad, no dessing

Introduction

This is my base recipe. I like to add different dressings to it just before serving depending on what flavor I'm in the mood for. This is my base recipe. I like to add different dressings to it just before serving depending on what flavor I'm in the mood for.

Ingredients

    4 oz cooked chicken breast, diced
    About 6 slices cucumber, diced
    1 medium carrot, diced
    1 large celery stalk, diced
    1/2 slice onion, diced

Tips

I like my food to have a little crunch so I wait to add dressing until just before eating. I like to change it up depending on what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes I like avocado and salsa, spicy brown mustard and plain greek yogurt, or whatever else you like!


Directions

Finely dice all ingredients and mix together well. Add your favorite dressing just before eating.
