Ingredients

    .25 cups of Egg Beater
    .5 cup diced green pepper
    .25 cup mushroom diced
    1 small tomato diced
    2 tablespoons of kale

    Spray frying skillet with PAM
Dash of Paula Deens House Season
** Basically Pepper, Salt, and Garlic salt

Directions

Chop of veggies in the ingredients listed.
Add to hot skillet that has been sprayed with Pam. I like using traditional cast iron skillets so it needs to be sprayed. Once veggies have been tossed around for about 5 minutes add some House Season. Put aside to add to omlete once it is cooked.

Next step is to prepare the omlete as directed on the Egg Beater cartoon. Spary skillet lightly because it should still have some flavoring and oil left from the veggies that were prepared in earlier. You want to move the skillet around once the egg substitute is added to the skillet. The eggs usually take a good 7 - 10 minutes to be cooked. Add the veggie mix to the egg and flip close one side on top of the sautéed veggies.
ENJOY!
