Fruit and Veggie Smoothie

Introduction

A delcious treat for any meal or snack and a great way to sneak some veggies in! A delcious treat for any meal or snack and a great way to sneak some veggies in!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c Almond milk, orignal
    1 c fresh organic spinach leaves
    1 c frozen strawberries

    optional ingredients:
    stevia to taste
    use different fruits, add a banana

Tips

substitute fresh Kale for the spinach
combine 1/2 frozen banana with the frozen berries


Directions

Put almond milk and spinach in a blender, I prefer the Magic Bullet.
Blend
Add frozen fruit and stevia if desired.
Blend.
Add additional almond milk if you like a thinner consistency.

Serving Size: makes 1 smoothie
